When you submit a site assessment request, we collect the information you provide: name, email, company, deployment details, and location data. We also collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and performance purposes.
How we use it
We use the information you submit to perform your site assessment, communicate results, and follow up on your inquiry. We do not use your data to train AI models, sell to data brokers, or share with third parties outside the ITC Intelligence team and our execution partners (Carbonix, where applicable to your assessment).
Cookies
We use a single first-party cookie to remember your cookie consent preference. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels.
Data retention
Assessment submissions are retained for up to 36 months to allow for follow-up and to support any credit transactions that begin from an assessment. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us through the site.
Third-party services
The site is hosted on Vercel. Form submissions may be processed through a third-party form service. We do not use Google Analytics or any behavioral tracking service.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you. Contact us through the assessment request form and note your request in the details field.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
